T@bazona FAQ

What is T@bazona?

T@bazona is a gathering of nüCamp RV product enthusiasts offering an early spring escape to Arizona's lush Verde Valley! This event is created, organized, and hosted by nüCamp RV ambassadors Mandy Lea and Kendrick Callaway.

Can I attend even if I don't own a nüCamp RV?

This event is intended for nüCamp RV product owners. Models include T@G, T@B 320, T@B 400, Silver Shadow, T@DA, Avia, Barefoot, and Cirrus truck campers. We also welcome older models of Dutchman T@DAs and T@Bs, as well as previous Little Guy T@Gs and T@Bs specifically. We're sorry if this does not include you, but there are events out there for nearly every brand of camper on the market! *Note: If you have previously attended T@bazona and have moved on to a different camper, you are still welcome. "Once a T@bazonian, always a T@bazonian!"

How do I register?

Registration is a two-step process: Step 1: Register for the T@bazona event via the Registration Page when your registration period opens. There will be two registration periods: 1) Registration for people who were signed up for the cancelled 2021 event will begin on August 21st, 2021, at 10AM MST. * To qualify for this early registration you must have been registered in January 2021 when last year's event was cancelled. You will receive and email with a private link. 2) Registration for the general public will begin on August 28th, 2021 at 10AM MST. When you register, you must pay the registration fee for each adult (18+ years old) in your party. Step 2: Once you are registered for the T@bazona rally we will send a spreadsheet to Verde Ranch RV Resort with your information. A representative from Verde Ranch RV Resort will call all registrants in the order which their registration was received and process the campground reservations. Do not call the RV resort before this time. Please be patient with the office as they will have a long list of folks to call! This process will take serveral days or more. That's it! You're all registered! See you in Camp Verde, Arizona!

How do I get my campsite?

After registering for T@bazona via Eventbrite just sit back and relax! We'll pass all of your information along to Verde Ranch RV Resort and within a few days you'll get a call to reserve your campsite!

How much does it cost?

T@bazona registration fees are per person rather than per campsite. Registration fees are $50 per person plus Eventbrite fees. Your fees will be used to cover the costs of catered meals, equipment rentals, welcome bags, event t-shirts, and organized activities, among other things. When registering for T@bazona, there will be the option for First Camper. This option is for the first adult at each campsite. If you are a solo camper this is all you need to select before entering payment information. If there are more adults (age 18+) in your campsite then select the number of additional campers you'd like to register under "add ons." Each paid adult will receive an event T-shirt. All kids age 17 and younger will be allowed free entry, but they will not receive a welcome bag or t-shirt. Additional event t-shirts are availabe as an "add on" via the Eventbrite registration page. In addition to the event registration, you will need to pay for your campsite: Verde Ranch RV Resort campsite registration is all done through the resort's front office. They will call registrants in the order they registered. Do not call the resort ahead of time for campsite registration. They have different rates for different types of sites within the resort as follows: Pull Through: $51/night + tax Deluxe Pull Through: $56/night + tax Deluxe Back-In: $40/night + tax Premium Back-In: $51/night + tax *all sites are full hook-up These distounted rally rates (20% off standard daily rate) will be honored up to 6 nights (including the 4 rally nights), which is great for those of you wanting to arrive early or stay late!

Yes. January 1st, 2022, will be the day we decide whether or not to cancel the event due to COVID issues/concerns. If the event must be canceled you will be entitled to two refunds.
